Taylor Walton Solicitors is pleased to announce its new partnership with the Old Albanians Cricket Club (OAs) for the 2025 season. The club, based at the Woolhams Playing Field on the borders of St Albans and Harpenden, is a well-established sporting institution, and Taylor Walton is proud to support their ongoing efforts in the community.

As a strong legal presence in the region with offices in St Albans, Harpenden, and Luton, Taylor Walton is committed to supporting local initiatives that have a positive impact. The partnership with the OAs is particularly special due to the club’s focus on fostering young talent and offering opportunities for local youth to participate in the sport.

“We were particularly impressed with the grassroots foundation of the club, where they actively support young people in cricket, female and senior sections” said Dermot Carey, Managing Partner at Taylor Walton Solicitors. “We hope our sponsorship will help open up even more opportunities for individuals to gain access to and thrive in the sport.”

Old Albanian Director of Cricket, Simon Bates said “We are thrilled to welcome Taylor Walton Solicitors on board as a partner at OACC. The club has made huge strides over the past few years and this is an accolade to the time and effort the committee put in. To have such a prestigious firm as Taylor Walton provide their backing to our vision of the future of the club is testament to how we are growing and what is ahead.

With a junior section over 400 strong, a fast-growing female section, and an ever-expanding senior section, we are on the right path. We feel now is the right time to partner with such companies where we believe we can provide value while welcoming them supporting us on this exciting journey”.

Taylor Walton is a highly reputable, multi-service regional law firm with a client base that spans FTSE100 and FTSE350 companies, public and private sector organisations, charities, and high-net-worth individuals.
