I am a Solicitor in our Property Litigation Department, based in St Albans. I completed my training contract with another Hertfordshire firm qualifying in November 2022 and am excited to continue my career at Taylor Walton.

At every stage of a matter, I am passionate about providing clients with cost effective and clear commercial advice to minimise the stress of litigation.

Having personally been a landlord and a tenant, I have an awareness of both sides of the fence and the issues that can arise. This has been useful for advising on rental arrears, anti-social behaviour and s.21 and s.8 proceedings.

Building on my training involving transactional residential and commercial property cases has given me a strong foundation to build on my experience in a range of contentious matters including commercial property possession/forfeiture claims, dilapidation claims and advising on rent arrears for a range of commercial clients.

I joined Taylor Walton in 2023.
