Joe Steele

I am a Solicitor in the Residential Conveyancing Department, based in our Luton Office. I primarily act for clients in relation to the sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity. I am experienced with both freehold and leasehold residential property.

In addition to the above, I am also able to assist with staircasing (i.e. the purchase of additional shares in shared ownership acquisitions), the purchase of new build residential properties, and the purchase of land.

I have built great working relationships with estate agents and mortgage brokers in the Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire area. This ensures that transactions progress smoothly from the outset and throughout.

I joined Taylor Walton in 2022.
