I am a paralegal in our Commercial Property department, based in our Luton office.

I assist James Cottrell and the wider team with all aspects of commercial property work. My role mainly involves managing post‑completion duties with the Land Registry, helping to ensure transactions progress smoothly and efficiently.

I previously worked in Criminal Defence and Mental Health Law, experience that has helped me develop a calm, approachable manner as well as strong organisation and attention to detail.

I joined Taylor Walton in 2025.
