Brodie Pearson

I am a final seat Trainee Solicitor in the Employment Department based in Luton having previously completed seats in Commercial Litigation, Corporate & Commercial and Commercial Property. I am due to qualify in September 2025.

In the Commercial Litigation Department, I assisted on a range of matters from contentious probate to breach of contract and professional negligence. I liaised with Counsel and attended various meetings and hearings. In the Corporate and Commercial department, I worked closely with the team and assisted on a wide range of matters from mergers and acquisitions to commercial contract reviews. One of my particular responsibilities was to liaise with Companies House in relation to any relevant filings or information we required from them. During my first seat in the Commercial Property department, I assisted on various matters including property development, property re-financing and landlord and tenant related matters. Much of my work consisted of drafting documents, conducting research and corresponding with clients.

Throughout my training contract, I aim to develop a well-rounded array of legal knowledge so as to assist me in providing a pragmatic solution for clients.

I joined Taylor Walton in 2023.
