Our commitment to each of our apprentices is an investment in the future growth of our firm

Finishing school can be a challenging transition, particularly when faced with the task of navigating various career pathways. Informed decision-making about all of your potential career routes becomes crucial during this period. For those opting not to pursue a university education, an apprenticeship at Taylor Walton may be the ideal alternative. Our meticulously structured apprenticeship schedules, coupled with unwavering support and training from our dedicated teams, create an environment conducive to personal and professional growth. This enables you to pursue your ambitions while simultaneously gaining valuable workplace experience and a professional qualification.

Taylor Walton offer a limited number of apprenticeship opportunities, including Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer and Paralegal apprenticeships, and occasionally positions in other support departments like People & Talent. The limited intake ensures that participants receive personalised support and comprehensive knowledge. Drawing on years of experience in nurturing early careers, we have successfully supported our apprentices to surpass their potential, and our commendable retention rate for those advancing into qualified positions attests to our commitment to fostering professional growth.

I feel the legal apprenticeship is the best route I could have chosen as I am learning the law first hand with qualified solicitors alongside obtaining my law degree and getting the university experience – it is the best of both worlds!

I applied to TW for a Solicitor Apprenticeship due to the positive impression I was given of the quality of the firm’s training and their modern outlook to alternative routes into law – it has exceeded my expectations.

I found it scary coming into an environment where I felt like I didn’t know what I was doing but each supervisor at Taylor Walton has been so supportive to the point where I felt confident to talk to clients over the phone and in person very quickly.
