Passing the Assessment with no non-compliances demonstrates that the Firm has competently met each of the 211 provisions of the rigorous Lexcel Accreditation audit.

Gabby Stephenson, Risk & Compliance Manager for the Firm commented, “We are truly delighted to have once again passed our Lexcel Assessment with no non-compliances. This is a testament to each and every one of our solicitors and support staff and highlights the commitment that the Firm makes not only to exceptional client care, but to all aspects of meeting the regulatory and legislative obligations of which we are bound.”

In his Report, the Assessor stated, “The organisation is to be commended as no non-compliances were identified during the Assessment.” He further commended the Firm by pointing out that, “…twenty-six areas of good practice were identified…These evidence either a diligent approach to complying with the requirements or identify areas in which the minimum Lexcel requirement has been exceeded.”
