The waiting is almost over and on Thursday 29 September 2022 the winners of the SME Hertfordshire Business Awards will be announced at a stunning gala evening at The Langley Banqueting & Conference Suite in Watford.

Taylor Walton is sponsoring one of the most important award categories to find the Business of the Year (with fewer than 50 employees). Simon Hughes, a partner in our Corporate & Commercial law team was a member of the judging panel that reviewed entries and recognised these businesses as finalists.

  • BeauSynergy
  • Hertfordshire Gymnastics Club
  • Kooky Nohmad (Royston)
  • PaperRocket Accounting
  • PHARMExcel
  • Sanders and Jay
  • Smart10
  • Total Group International

Simon commented: “We’re delighted to have had to review entries for this very strong field of applicants for the ‘Business of the Year’ (fewer than 50 Employees) category. It is truly impressive to see so many entrepreneurs creating such a diverse range of businesses.

“The quality of the applications highlights the thriving business community in the region and the support available to help businesses flourish in a challenging economic climate. I would like to personally congratulate all who entered and especially those shortlisted for the finals.”

It just leaves us to say best of luck to all the finalists and regardless of the outcome, we hope you enjoy a great night in the spotlight – see you all there.
