I started at Taylor Walton as an Apprentice – completing my Level 5 HR CIPD qualification in September 2021. Since qualifying, I have worked at Taylor Walton as a People and Talent Assistant.
My generalist role means I have the opportunity to get involved in a variety of work – no day is ever the same! I am most frequently involved in the onboarding of new starters and dealing with a wide range of day-to-day people related queries – this keeps me on my toes as I have to have my employment law and policy knowledge up-to-date.
Among other things, I also support the People and Talent Partner with our business support recruitment and I lead on our Trainee Solicitor Summer Placement programme, which is always a highlight for me.
I joined Taylor Walton in 2019.
