- Qualifications
I am a Trainee Solicitor in my third seat of my training contract in our Family Department. I started my first seat in our Residential Conveyancing and my second in Commercial Property. This has been a great transition following 2 years of experience working with the team as a paralegal.
I am thoroughly enjoying assisting with progression of ongoing matters, attaining experience in complex and unique matters within each seat, and facing new challenges.
Whilst working in the Residential Conveyancing Department, I was exposed to a variety of work including new build transactions, sales, purchases, remortgages and transfer of equities. I have worked at various stages ranging from quoting and file opening all the way through to completion.
During my time in our Commercial Property Department, I have picked up numerous skills. I have been exposed to and worked on long and short Lease transactions, renewals under the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954, sale and purchase of commercial property, option and promotion agreements.
As I progress as a trainee solicitor, I endeavour to manage clients’ expectations, be approachable and adaptable to their needs.
I joined Taylor Walton in 2020.
