I am a Solicitor in the Corporate and Commercial Department. I advise on a wide range of matters including company formations, business acquisitions and disposals, shareholder and partnership agreements, and general commercial contracts.

I am approachable and proactive, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients and supporting them in achieving their business objectives. My aim is to provide straightforward, practical guidance and to ensure that the legal process adds value rather than complexity.
