I am a partner in the Residential Property Department, based in Luton. I deal primarily with residential house sales and purchases including leasehold transactions, remortgages & transfers of equity.

Over the last few years I have also been heavily involved with shared ownership purchases including “staircasing”, which involves the purchase of additional shares in shared ownership acquisitions.

I started my legal career with Taylor Walton over 10 years ago within the Residential Property team. I initially began as a conveyancing assistant, but with the support of the firm I studied with the Institute of Legal Executives and I am now a qualified Legal Executive and a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives.

I am currently based in Luton but having also worked at our St Albans office, I have been able to build a great working relationship with both Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire-based estate agents. This ensures that transactions run as smoothly as possible. I have also established a great relationship with estate agents based in Hitchin and Stevenage as well as Luton and surrounding areas.

I joined Taylor Walton in 2010.
