I am a Conveyancer in our Residential Property Department, based in Harpenden. I assist on a busy case load of residential sale, purchase, remortgage and transfer of equity cases encompassing both freehold and leasehold transactions for new and existing properties.

Whilst I am able to assist with transactions based anywhere in England and Wales I mainly deal with properties in Harpenden and the surrounding areas.  As a result I have built a wealth of knowledge of the area meaning there are rarely any surprises to the properties which I deal with allowing for smooth and efficient transactions.

With 20 years of experience in the sector, whether you are a first time buyer or seasoned investor, I endeavour to provide a straightforward approach to the conveyancing process with accurate, concise and clear advice.
