I am a Trainee Solicitor currently in my second seat within the Commercial Property department. I work on a range of matters, such as drafting deeds of variation, lease agreements for landlords and tenants, advising on break clauses, rent reviews and property refinancing.

My first seat was in the Residential Property department, primarily conducting sales and purchases of both leasehold and freehold properties, as well as first registrations of properties with HM Land Registry.

Having always lived locally, I know St Albans, Harpenden and the surrounding areas well and I take a lot of pride in the role Taylor Walton plays within the local community.

I am committed to providing clients with clear, bespoke and concise advice in order to make each matter as efficient and straightforward as possible. I am acutely aware that understanding each matter’s unique characteristics and maintaining clear communication with all parties is key to achieving the best possible outcome each time.

I joined Taylor Walton in 2023.
