Emily Faulkner

I joined Taylor Walton in March 2025 as a People & Talent Executive having previously working in Advisory and Operation roles.

With 15 years of experience within Human Resources I am involved in array of tasks including project work, recruitment, and policies and procedure updates. I support initiatives that help shape and develop the firm’s people practices.

My role is wide‑ranging, with projects often coming from across the business, which means I work closely with colleagues throughout the firm. I enjoy the variety this brings and value the opportunity to support employees and contribute to the ongoing development of the firm.
