  • About me

I am a fourth-seat Trainee Solicitor in the Corporate and Commercial Department where I assist on a broad range of transactional and corporate governance matters. My responsibilities include drafting company documentation, undertaking commercial contract reviews and supporting the progression of various corporate transactions.

I previously worked in our firm’s employment department where I helped to manage a range of day-to-day advisory issues and employment tribunal matters, as well as assisting on the employment aspects of corporate transactions.

My second seat in the family department involved working on both financial matters arising from divorce and private children law cases.

My first seat was in the Commercial Property Department, where I worked on property acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, and large-scale refinancing transactions. My responsibilities included drafting legal documents, conducting research, and liaising with clients and other solicitors to ensure matters progressed smoothly.

I joined Taylor Walton in 2024.
