I am currently in the third seat of my training contract with Taylor Walton in the Employment department. I also have over a year’s experience as a paralegal working in Commercial Litigation.
In the Corporate and Commercial department, I undertook work on a wide variety of matters from commercial contract negotiations to mergers and acquisitions and assisting companies with their filings at Companies House.
During my time in the Commercial Property department, I had conduct of several landlord and tenant matters as well as a number of property acquisitions/disposals, taking these matters from initial instructions to completion.
In the Employment department, I assist on a range of contentious and non-contentious matters, from employment tribunal claims and settlement negotiations to corporate support work advising on complex TUPE issues.
I strive for a holistic approach, combining technical know-how with commercial awareness so that clients can find an optimal legal solution that is also the best one for their business.
