I am currently in the first seat of my training contract with Taylor Walton in their Corporate and Commercial department. I also have over a year’s experience as a paralegal working in commercial litigation.

In the Corporate and Commercial department, I undertake work on a wide variety of matters from commercial contract negotiations to mergers and acquisitions and assisting companies with their filings at Companies House.

I strive for a holistic approach, combining technical know-how with commercial awareness so that clients can find an optimal legal solution that is also the best one for their business.
