I am an Associate Solicitor in our Residential Property Department based in St Albans. I assist Partners, Caroline Hume and Tom Caterer with their caseloads which helps progress cases as quickly as possible.

I deal with many aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold properties, transfers of equity and re-mortgages.

Adopting a proactive approach, I keep clients fully informed of the progress in their property matter. If faced with any challenges, I ensure my clients are kept updated, as well as offering the solutions available.

Furthermore, I understand the importance of maintaining clear lines of communication with other solicitors and estate agents alike, enabling the transaction to proceed as smoothly as possible.

I joined Taylor Walton in 2014.
