I am a Licensed Conveyancer based in our Residential Property Department in St Albans. Day to day, I deal with all aspects of the Residential Property process including but not limited to Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases, Remortgages, Transfers of Equity, and Shared Ownership.

Having worked for a number of years in Residential Property prior to qualification as a Licensed Conveyancer, I have dealt with a large breadth of matters; including first time buyers, buy to lets, overseas and many high value sales and purchases of properties.

I pride myself on my friendly demeanour, straight forward advice, and problem solving skills to make my clients transaction move forward as efficiently as possible.

I joined Taylor Walton in 2024.

  • Successfully dealt with a complicated client’s sale where there were many interested parties and achieved a quick and efficient conclusion.
  • Dealt with a large estate agency firm in Surrey and SW London, being a main point of contact for their head office and individual branches.
  • I have dealt with a large amount of high-net-worth clients and maintained and surpassed high expectations for all parties involved.
