Rochelle Hammersley

I am a Paralegal in our St Albans office, specialising in family law. I currently assist Olive McCarthy. I assist the Family Department in relation to all Family related issues, to include preparing Court bundles, attending Court and client conferences and assisting in the preparation of legal documentation.

I have 15 years’ experience of working in public and private family law matters, to include divorce and children arrangements. I also have experience in children’s care proceedings. I have spent a lot of time assisting Counsel at Court, attending prison visits and child protection conferences.

Following my A-Levels, I went onto complete my Legal Secretarial Diploma and further continued my studies through CILEX. My goal is to complete my Advanced Paralegal qualification.

I joined Taylor Walton in 2023.
