I am currently a first seat Trainee Solicitor in the Commercial Property department. I work on matters where the file holder is instructed by the Landlord to prepare documents such as Leases and Rent Deposit Deeds, together with matters where the file holder is instructed by the Tenant. I also assist on a number of sale and purchases of mid to high value commercial properties.

I also have over 2 years of experience as a Paralegal in the Private Client department, having worked in both the St Albans and Harpenden offices. During my time as a Paralegal, I helped to prepare various documents, including Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorneys. I assisted fee earners with the administration of a number of estates, with tasks including obtaining probate valuations of assets in the estate, applying for Grants of Representation, calculating income tax and CGT payable during the period of administration, and preparing Estate Accounts.

I joined Taylor Walton in 2021.
