I am a Solicitor in the Corporate & Commercial Department.

I have regular involvement on a range of corporate matters, including M&A deals.

I have worked with a wide variety of clients, including directors, shareholders and private equity investors and provide practical advice and solutions for each client matter.

I previously worked at city law firms where I specialised in Finance Law.

I joined Taylor Walton in 2024.

  • Advised a global asset management group on the restructuring of its investment in a workforce solutions company.
  • Advised a leading private equity firm on the UK financing aspects of its direct lending to a global e-commerce company.
