I am a Partner and Head of the Private Client Department, based in our Harpenden office.  I undertake all aspects of private client work.

Over the years, I have developed a very loyal following through my extensive knowledge and excellent client care skills.

I have specialised in private client work since qualification and advise individuals on lifetime tax planning, succession planning and will drafting, probate and complex estate administration, trust administration, powers of attorney including lasting powers of attorney and court of protection matters.

My role involves providing legal advice on inheritance tax, preserving assets for future generations, business protection and succession planning. Many of my clients are high net worth individuals and families who own assets in the UK and around the world and also include business owners and farmers.

I regularly work with our Property team in connection with drafting complex declarations of trust and secured loan agreements, and also our Family and Litigation teams to ensure that clients are provided with a comprehensive service across a wide range of complex issues.

As well as being a member, I was the President of the Hertfordshire Law Society Council in 2022 and I also sit on their Probate and Trusts Committee.

I joined Taylor Walton in 2007.
