  • Qualifications

I am a Partner in our Commercial Property Department, based in Luton.

I am a non-contentious property lawyer with substantial experience in dealing with multi-million pound mixed use sales and purchases, mixed use development, landlord and tenant work, leases, licences and property support in corporate and lending transactions.

Over the years’ I have gained experience in development work from Site acquisition through the planning process to actual sale, be it by way of pre-lets or sale of the whole development.

I am able to complete deals in short timescales, as well as being responsive to changes required during the life-time of a transaction.

I joined Taylor Walton in 2020.

Recent highlights include:

  • Acting as lead solicitor in the sale of land for development purposes co-ordinating 9 different sellers in total from completing a promotion agreement through to the ultimate sale for just over £16M.
  • Highlights also include dealing with multiple lease renewals for a national retailer and acting on all property management aspects for a well-known service provider.
  • BA in Law & Criminology
  • LPC from the College of Law
