I am an Associate Solicitor in our Employment Department. I have a wealth of experience supporting and advising both employers and employees in contentious and non-contentious matters.

I am committed to delivering the highest standards of client care, from the first contact to the conclusion of every matter. I understand the stresses and pressures facing many of our clients and I pride myself on giving clear pragmatic advice, often on tight deadlines. I support clients through a myriad of matters and issues, including:

  • Employee relations issues and disputes, including handling grievances, conducting disciplinaries, dealing with claims in the Employment Tribunal, and negotiating settlements.
  • Providing HR advice to employers on all employment related issues such as employment status, holiday pay, statutory leave, long term sickness absence, and performance management.
  • Drafting and advising on employment documents, including contracts, restrictive covenants, handbooks, individual policies, scheme documentation, and settlement agreements.
  • Advising on redundancy exercises and TUPE transfers in corporate transactions.

I joined Taylor Walton in 2025.
