I am a Partner in our Residential Property Department based in St. Albans. I handle a wide range of matters including residential sales, purchases, transfers of equity and remortgages. Whilst I deal with many different property matters, my years’ of experience has led me to tend to specialise in high value transactions.

I feel that momentum is key to successfully progressing on high value transactions, therefore, I am renowned for moving quickly and aim for swift turnaround times. As communication is such an important part of any transaction, where I can, I always respond to clients on the same day.

I regularly act as the main point of contact on transactions and am responsible for drafting and negotiating documentation, general deal management and wider client interaction.

I am responsible for training the Trainee Solicitors in the Residential Property Department – it has been and continues to be fantastic to help the trainees learn and develop in the legal careers.

In addition, I am also the Business Development Partner for the Residential Property Department and oversee the relationships and agreements with our main work referrers and introducers.

I joined Taylor Walton in 2011.
