I am a Partner and Head of our Family Department based in St Albans.  I advise clients on all aspects of family law including divorce and dissolution of civil partnerships, financial arrangements on the breakdown of relationships, children matters, cohabitation issues and pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements.

I am a committed member of Resolution and maintain an honest and professional stance while fighting for my clients’ preferred outcomes with passion and determination.

I am calm even in the most heated of cases and receive universally positive feedback from clients.  I have a broad skill set and have advised clients in a number of complicated financial matters including cases which involved farming assets, elements of ring-fencing non-matrimonial assets, conduct and addback arguments, and post separation accrual of assets. In children matters, I have significant experience of acting for parents in a range of applications including where one parent is having little or no contact with the children and where there are serious allegations of domestic abuse.

I am regularly instructed to give advice and prepare pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements for clients.

Having grown up and studied in St Albans I am well known in the area. My established local roots can also be seen through my time at the Firm having joined as a trainee in 2009 and qualified in 2011 before promotion to Partner in July 2016.
