I applied to TW for a Solicitor Apprenticeship due to the positive impression I was given of the quality of the firm’s training and their modern outlook to alternative routes into law – it has exceeded my expectations.

I found it scary coming into an environment where I felt like I didn’t know what I was doing but each supervisor at Taylor Walton has been so supportive to the point where I felt confident to talk to clients over the phone and in person very quickly.

I am grateful that I was able to complete my apprenticeship in such a supportive environment. The supervision I received gave me the confidence I needed to develop my skills, while still encouraging independence – this level of support has continued as I have taken the next step in my career.
