I am a Solicitor in the Commercial Property Department based in our Luton Office.

I have over 19 years’ experience of dealing with a wide range of commercial property matters including; landlord and tenant matters (acting for both landlords and tenants), sales and purchases of commercial property and land and property matters of local authorities, having worked in both private practice and in house for both a unitary council (and its wholly owned companies) and district council.

I have extensive knowledge of local authority requirements in dealing with property transactions for example public open space requirements.

I strive to create good working relationships with clients.

I joined Taylor Walton in 2025.

In addition to dealing with property and land matters when working within local unitary authority I obtained experience in dealing with the following:

  • leases and agreements for both Telecommunication installations and also utilities such as electricity substations;
  • property transactions where there was Escheat and Bona Vacantia involvement;
  • property matters relating to foundation and academy conversions.
  • Law Degree and LPC
