I am a Solicitor in our Employment Department, based in our Luton office.

I advise on a range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters including employment contracts and policies, post-termination restrictive covenants, settlement agreements, disciplinary and grievance procedures and employment tribunal claims (including unfair dismissal and discrimination claims). I also regularly assist the firm’s Corporate Department in relation to the employment aspects of corporate transactions, often involving TUPE issues.

I endeavour to provide clients with detailed but comprehensible advice and to always keep them updated with developments on their matters. I have experience dealing with both senior executives and corporate clients and am able to understand and appreciate their differing needs and objectives.

Prior to joining Taylor Walton, I completed work experience placements at several leading corporate law firms and commercial barristers’ chambers in London.

I joined Taylor Walton as a Trainee Solicitor in 2021 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2023.
