Careers
We put our people and our clients at the centre of all that we do
In recruiting high-calibre talent and investing in developing potential, we deliver the best advice to our clients and support our people to achieve their career aspirations.
Our specialist People & Talent Team and Partners welcome you to join us. Please view our Current Opportunities or if you cannot see what you are looking for or have any recruitment questions please contact Stephanie Simon, People & Talent Partner. We welcome direct speculative applications particularly from lawyers and paralegals.
Whilst we are a collection of individuals, valued for our strengths and experience, our shared client-centric values are what unite us.
We have years of experience of developing potential and facilitating the achievement of career aspirations. This may be through one of our structured training programmes as a Trainee Solicitor or an Apprentice, or through Partner support if you are looking to return to the profession after a career break. Our Career Development Objectives provide a framework for those seeking a step-up through taking on greater client, new business and managerial responsibilities. We are proud of our exceptionally high people retention rates and of those who have grown their career with us; many of our Partners joined as Trainee Solicitors.
For us, collective success and incremental development is all about recognising and valuing strengths and contribution where our clients are put at the centre of what we do. Through our structured performance and development reviews everyone has the opportunity to express their aspirations and is supported with training and opportunities to build skills, knowledge and behaviours to succeed.

“Culture is not something that can be manufactured – it is organic and dynamic. It is our collection of amazing individuals that makes TW such a wonderful place to work. Some may say it’s a cliché, but our unique people are our greatest asset. It is our people who make TW unique.”
Stephanie Simon, People & Talent Partner
Equality, Diversity & Inclusion
We are committed to facilitating an inclusive working environment. We recognise that diversity in our people benefits our clients, our overall working environment and keeps us competitive. We value individuals for themselves, each bringing their own unique set of skills that directly contribute to our overall success.
We monitor how we are doing by asking our employees to complete a survey. We are delighted to see engagement increasing year on year. Please see a summary of our results below.
Everyone undertakes regular equality awareness training to ensure that we can deliver on our commitment. Equality, diversity and inclusion are central to our people strategy so that we recruit, promote and support career development fairly.
We believe in a healthy work/life balance and initiatives to support employee wellbeing. We offer hybrid working, whenever possible support flexible working applications, offer social activities and encourage employee-led clubs that are available to everyone at the firm. Everyone has 25 days holiday and an additional discretionary day to celebrate their Birthday. We supported Mental Health Awareness Week with a Firmwide sponsored walk/run event. Going forward, we are looking to train a group of specialist Mental Health First Aiders. We also have an employee assistance service to support employees.
